This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and quality-related problems for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, wherever in the world you may be.
You can rest easy knowing that your watch will be serviced in our workshop by a skilled and dedicated after-sales service team.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:
– Damage caused by disregarding the contents of the technical notice
– Malfunctions caused by inappropriate use of the watch
– Accidents
– Theft or loss of the watch
Any intervention on the watch outside our workshop will invalidate this warranty.

Registration of your watch
Your purchase is recorded in our database. All our watches are numbered, so we know every owner.
This enables us to monitor the maintenance of your watch and prevent theft.
In the event of a watch returning for maintenance or repair, we ensure that we are in contact with the owner known in our database. If this is not the case, we will contact the owner.
If you sell your watch, please give us the details of the new owner, even if it is no longer under warranty.
Each watch has a service booklet and we may contact you for advice, maintenance or important information relating to your watch.
