The present Conditions regarding refunds and returns are applicable to the sale of Products online to users via the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) hosted at the following URL: https://mb-watches.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) provided by Mikael BOURGEOIS Horlogerie, whose registered office is located at 5 chemin des tilleuls, 25500 Morteau (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To proceed with the return, the User must contact us by e-mail before returning the watch
Returns must be made within 14 days.
Products must be returned in new and perfect condition with all protections and labels in place, within 14 days of receipt of the watch by the customer. Once received by the Company, it/they is/are subject to Quality Control (QC) and functional testing. The User must take care of the Product when examining it. In the event of deterioration of the Product, compensation will only be claimed if the deterioration has been caused by use by the User exceeding the limits of what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product. When leather bracelets are worn even once, they become deformed and do not return to their original shape. They will therefore be systematically rejected for quality control if they have been worn.
Any return in the absence of the original box and/or the special packaging of the Product in good condition will entitle the Company to withhold the corresponding value from the amount of the refund granted to the User.
All returns and/or exchanges will be subjected by the Company to a rigorous Quality Control in order to ensure that the returned Product complies with the return requirements. If the controlled Product does not meet the Quality Control standards, the Company may require the User to pay damages and/or waive the refund.
The User is responsible for any loss of value of the Product resulting from handling contrary to the instructions for use. Consequently, if the Product is damaged or destroyed through the User’s fault and/or negligence, the Company will deduct the cost of repairing or replacing the Product from the amount of the refund granted to the User.
If the User exercises his right of return in accordance with the aforementioned return conditions and the returned Product passes the Quality Control, the Company will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a bank transfer will be issued to your account within a few days.
It is your responsibility to pay and insure your own shipping costs for the return of your item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The Company’s return policy is flexible. However, the number of returns made is recorded by the Company, which reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of repeated returns by the User.Personalized Products will not be returned or exchanged. The right of return therefore does not apply to this type of Order.
